She is a Realtor® Associate Broker with over twenty-five years of experience with Real Estate One. Nancy earned a diploma in Nursing (RN) and followed with a career in managing emergency rooms. Her second career as a greater Traverse City Realtor includes the designations - SRES, Green, SFR, ASP, Relocation Certified. Dawn Sloboda, (Reservations Specialist)

Dawn Sloboda joined the M22 Lakeshore Trail management to handle reservations in December of 2019 after moving back to Michigan.  In her former life she was a Planner at a large Ad agency in NYC, a Facilities Analyst for a Pharmaceutical Company and store manager for the Indiana Dunes National Park. She has degrees in Business (Marketing) and Interior Design and currently also manages her own small business.
