THE PERSONAL CHEF MOVEMENT is certainly in full force in northern Michigan. A small outing in early June got the ball rolling with my introduction to Michelle Rodriguez of Amor Comida and her culinary skills.
It was a nice day, and our venue hosted greater-Traverse City area Wedding Planners at our beautiful Lake Bluff Preserve Spruce home.
Michelle is an absolute delight, and her creative fare for our “finger food” outing brought out an amazing collection of taste delights. Her individual gazpacho soup servings on our 85F degree day could not have been a better choice.
Michelle has been selected as a personal chef to several of our 2020 smaller wedding parties. There are still fall dates available for her palette pleasing services. And 2021 isn’t that far off to begin engaging her talents.
